So my diet has been going ok so far. I have in total lost 6lbs (maybe more as my scales battery died and I'm waiting on new batterys). 6lbs is good for my target so far, I was aiming for 1-1.5lb per week so thats on target. I just need to get it to 8lbs by the end of February so I can fit a size 14 in June! I have hung up a old pair of size 14 jeans and a lovely Monsoon top in the spare bedroom to motivate me to keep at it!
Have been doing Davina workout DVDs and Jillian Michael's 30 day shread DVD which is excellent as well as keeping active in any way I can.

The next target- JANUARY 2012
I managed to put on 3lbs back on through weekends away for friends birthdays and general merriment and parties and then another 2lbs at Christmas, I was eating very sensibly but not so much on the drinking (lots of wine). So I am now 15 stone and 4lbs. Not terrible but I wore a very unflattering dress on NYE and this has kick started my weight loss once again! New target 25lbs in 22 weeks which will be just in time for my 24th birthday and my friend Lindsay's wedding in June.

Me on NYE 2011 (1920's theme) I hate this photo so much and love it at the same time for inspiring me like my first photo did in 2009. The dress isn't what I would usually wear as its so unflattering but it went with the theme, my arm looks enormous!

A year on...SEPTEMBER 2011
Over a year later in September 2011 I had gained half a stone and was maintaining it, my body seems to be happy at 15 and half stone, although I am not! A night out in Brighton for my friends birthday and a too tight dress made me feel really uncomfortable about myself again so I decided to go down the lose more weight route this time with the plan of losing 2 stone.

By June 2010 and my 22nd birthday I had slimmed down to 15 stone and a size 16- by going to regular gym classes and eating healthily like normal. I was really happy and feeling good about myself.
My unhappy weight- OCTOBER 2009
When I saw this photo with my friends from October 2009 I knew I had to loose weight. I was 16 and a half stone, maybe more. But for me this was a uncomfortable weight and I felt awful about myself. Size 18 and 21 years old. I have always struggled with my weight from age 12 but this tipped it, I knew why I was fat because I was happy.
