February

So my diet has been going ok so far. I have in total lost 6lbs (maybe more as my scales battery died and I'm waiting on new batterys). 6lbs is good for my target so far, I was aiming for 1-1.5lb per week so thats on target. I just need to get it to 8lbs by the end of February so I can fit a size 14 in June! I have hung up a old pair of size 14 jeans and a lovely Monsoon top in the spare bedroom to motivate me to keep at it!
Have been doing Davina workout DVDs and Jillian Michael's 30 day shread DVD which is excellent as well as keeping active in any way I can.
